After this situation of accessories folder, some think about format (windows format)..OH.!!
but don't worry i am your solution.

Follow my steps.

Step.1> "Right Click" on your "Accessories" folder. and then click on "Open all users".

it will show this type of window.

Step.2> ok..! click on this link and download "Accessories tools.zip" these are my system's tools (Size is only 15 KB.) after downloading this file, Extract it with right clicking.

then open Downloaded Accessories folder and copy all files. then follow again Step.1> and paste all the tools in opened window.
